"The singing realtor!"

Welcome...
Hi, I'm Pat Rose. I have been active in Real Estate in many ways since 1980, first as a degreed paralegal specializing in real estate law and title abstraction and as a Broker/Realtor since 1992. I not only know real estate: I love it!

Portsmouth is filled with the texture of history stretching back to the 1600's! You should take my tour of the area and see for yourself what is so great about the opportunity to live in the Seacoast area!

Please use the following navigational links to explore this interesting property. I am constantly adding to these pages, so check back often. Call or email me with any questions. I'd love to hear from you! Check my real estate home page regularlly for new rental and home sales listings!

About...
I am very familiar with downtown Portsmouth, NH property- I even worked right in the center of downtown for many years. My husband and I have owned several properties in the downtown area and so I have a good feeling for the area. In fact, I even worked right across the street from 55 Congress Street for many years and have represented many unit owners in the sale or lease of their property.

55 Congress Street presents a unique opportunity to live right in the heart beat of one of New England's most cosmopolitan, upscale, and vibrant cities. Portsmouth is filled with the texture of history stretching back to the 1600's! You should take my tour of the area and see for yourself what is so great about the opportunity to live in downtown Portsmouth.

The building itself is 5 residential floors and 1 ground level commercial floor. It sits on a corner lot at the intersection of Congress and Fleet Streets. Units in the front are bright and sunny from all of the glass. There is a rooftop deck with absolutly stunning and unsurpassed views of all of Portsmouth and across the Piscataqua River into Kittery, ME. The building has a secure entrance with elevators. The Association even receives a nice revenue stream from various antenna rentals on top of the building.
